Verified access
Surveyors register with their professional registration number. An administrator can activate or deactivate any account.
Authoritative records
Pillar records come from the REQUEST AND PILLAR RETURNS UPDATE spreadsheet, imported by an administrator so searches always reflect the latest returns.
Exact reference matching
Only an exact pillar reference is returned. Spacing, punctuation and letter case are ignored, so SC/AK/L 1234 and sc/ak/l1234 resolve to the same recorded reference.
Full audit trail
Every search is recorded for administrators, including the surveyor, the number searched, the result and the time.
